4. Characterized by or expressing spontaneous, direct feeling: a lyric song; lyric writing.
 
5. Pertaining to, rendered by, or employing singing.
 
 
 
Three styles of Lyrical Performance we will be looking at:
 
Song/musical theater
 
Poetry/Shakespeare
 
Pantomime/movement
